A film team finds a perfect location to shoot their new screenplay - an abandoned hospital that was injured heavily during the 1900 Galveston storm. They take a ferry to travel to the island. Once inside the hospital, the team's shoot is hampered by rain and thunderstorm, and their trip back home indefinitely delayed by the emergency shutdown of ferry due to the Hurricane. Stuck in the hospital, some members lose their patience and some, their lives. With a perpetrator amongst them, trust becomes an enemy, instinct an ally.
